PayPal, the leading online payment processor, has its services offered in Kenya but there is no bank which one can use to verify their paypal account. The good news is that you can still verify your paypal account in kenya without much hustle :)
If you have a debit card (ATM card) from most Kenyan banks, you can verify your PayPal account!! I recently verified my account using the Equity bank Visa branded card which is 500sh. For as long as your card is Visa branded or if you can use your card to withdraw from PesaPoint definitely you can verify your Paypal with the same card.
Giving an example of how to verify with the Equitybank Visa card,, the card number is the number infront of the card below your name,, and the security number is the last 3 digits in the back of your card. you can also use Barclays, KCB and other banks cards for as long as they are Visa branded or Mastercard
